The Campus Store will be CLOSED Tuesday, November 29 starting at 12:00 p.m. and all day Wednesday, November 30 for Inventory and will re-open on Thursday, December 01 at 10:00 a.m. All orders received between November 28 and November 30 will be processed and mailed out/ready for pick up on December 1 at 12:00 p.m.
In-Store purchases of EBooks will have their redemption code printed out immediately.
If you purchased your EBook Online you will receive an email with instructions sent to the email you used to purchase the Ebook. The Email may take up to 1 Business Day to arrive in your inbox. Please check the spam/junk folder as well.
If, after 1 Business Day, you still have not received your instructions you can email CampusStore@BrockU.CA for help. Don't forget to check your spam/junk folder!
Once you have the redemption code supplied on your receipt or via email go to the Redeem page to redeem your Ebook. Input the Redemption Code in the correct field, enter your email, agree to the terms and then click REDEEM PRODUCT.
