The Spring 2019 booklist will be released online and in-store April 15th, 2019!
- Purchase an EBook In-store or Online
- In-Store purchases of EBooks will have their redemption code printed out immediately.
- If you purchased your EBook Online you will receive an email with instructions sent to the email you used to purchase the Ebook. The Email may take up to 1 Business Day to arrive in your inbox. Please check the spam/junk folder as well.
- If, after 1 Business Day, you still have not received your instructions you can email CampusStore@BrockU.CA for help. Don't forget to check your spam/junk folder!
- Once you have the redemption code supplied on your receipt or via email go to the Redeem page to redeem your Ebook. Input the Redemption Code in the correct field, enter your email, agree to the terms and then click REDEEM PRODUCT.
- Special Instructions will be provided on how to unlock your EBOOK
- If after following the instructions above you are still experiencing problems please contact us by stopping by the Campus Store or emailing us at CampusStore@BrockU.CA

Please allow 1 business day from time of purchase for your order to be processed and ready for pick up.
- Customers purchasing EBooks will receive an email with instructions on how to access their EBook once the purchase has been finalized by a Bookstore Employee during regular store hours.
- Once your EBook has been finalized, please allow 2-3 hours for your instructions to arrive in your email. If you still have not received your intructions you can email CampusStore@BrockU.CA for help.
