Return Policy

Winter 2019 Return Policy (online & in-store purchases)

TEXTBOOKS: LAST DAY FOR REFUNDS - JANUARY 18TH WITH PROOF OF DROP ONLY
NOTE: Campus Store Cash must be returned when any purchases are returned.

TECHNOLOGY: Unopened Box within 10 days
CLOTHING/MEMORABILIA: Within 2 weeks
STATIONERY: Final Sale
GENERAL BOOKS: Within 4 days

REFUND CONDITIONS:

  • Must present original cash register receipt.
  • Picture ID required.
  • Products must be in mint condition.
  • Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment. No cash refunds during peak times.
  • FINAL SALE: Printed Course Packages, Access Codes, EBooks, Textbook Reservations, Special Orders, Clickers, Stationery, Bar Charts, Goggles, Lab Coats, Socks, Hats, Umbrellas, Undergarments, Calculators and Cables.
  • All refunds are subject to approval by Campus Store Staff.
  • Online Order Returns:  
    • Return must include a copy of original cash register receipt, reason for return, and a copy of the web order packing slip sent with your order
    • Customers returning merchandise are responsible for proper packing and for all shipping and handling fees associated with the return.
    • NOTE: We strongly recommend that packages being returned are insured using a traceable shipping method (i.e. Purolator Courier, UPS or Priority Post).
